Jesus had one moment during His mortal ministry where He was truly accepted. I believe it is a foreshadowing of the grand acceptance He’ll receive at the Second Coming. Being a disciple has similar challenges in terms of acceptance and rejection, and those who paved His way with their clothes and palm leaves didn’t see what the following week would bring. The Crucifixion was the ultimate rejection and betrayal, but Christ turns ashes to beauty and used it to redeem all mankind.
