Collector’s Spotlight: Jhill Seraphina and Praising Christ in Color!

I am beyond excited to introduce you to a truly special person who has been a devoted supporter of my artwork for some time. Jhill, a talented massage therapist, Reiki master, sound healer, spirituality coach, and shaman, has purchased several pieces of my art and continues to inspire me with the way she integrates color, energy, and spirituality into her life. Her motto, “Praise Him in Color,” couldn’t say it better.

Q: Tell me about your business and what you do—it’s so interesting!
A:
“I am a massage therapist, Reiki master, sound healer, spirituality coach, and a shaman. I am blessed to work for myself full-time, dedicating my time and talents to helping others align their physical and spiritual well-being through holistic practices. I’m passionate about the body and loving learning how it heals. Everything is energetic before it becomes physical, so it’s important to address the mind, body, and spirit in every session.”

Q: How does my work tie in to what you do? What is the connection between the two? I’d love to focus on spiritual healing!
A:
“As a spirituality coach, I teach my clients to surround themselves with things that raise their vibrations—things that give them dopamine hits. And that is what your artwork is for me! I own three of your originals (such an honor!) and about ten prints. I often joke that I ‘praise Jesus in color,’ and that is why I am so drawn to your style of art.
Decorating my house and office with fun, vibrant colors keeps my mood light and my vibrations high, which is how I would imagine it being in the presence of our Lord. Happy. Joyous. The highest of feelings. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Our literal purpose on Earth is to experience joy (2 Nephi 2:25)! I feel like we miss the mark sometimes because we too easily get burdened by busy schedules, fall into autopilot, or feel inadequate due to unmet expectations.
Surrounding myself with your colorful, Christ-centered art is my daily reminder to experience happiness and do it in my own unique way.”

Q: What is it about my art that speaks to you spiritually?
A:
“I feel inspired by the way you base your paintings with National Geographic magazine cutouts, because it gives them a depth and richness that is totally unique! I used to feel the need to play small, to look the same as everyone else, to blend in. But the older I get, the more I am embracing the freedom to express myself. I highly encourage everyone to not worry so much about staying inside the lines. Be bold. Be colorful. Be uniquely you!
Be passionate about Jesus and the love He has for you. Be solid in your relationship with Him. This is why ‘Praise Him in color’ is my motto, and this is what your art represents for me.”

Thank You, Jhill!
I’m grateful for her continued support and for the chance to be a part of her healing journey. It’s amazing to hear how my artwork aligns with her own mission of fostering joy and spiritual connection. Her personal story is a beautiful reminder that our creativity and faith can work hand in hand to elevate our spirits.
To everyone reading, remember: don’t be afraid to embrace color and be uniquely yourself. Life is too short to live in the shadows. For more information about Jhill’s services and to sign up for a session, check out her website:
